Note, this is on slackware 10.2. Some aspects may be different (i.e. xwmconfig is a slackware utility, not sure how your distro does it). YMMV. The i810 CAN do widescreen, you just need to give it a nudge. Hope this helps. If you need help (or would like to give slackware a shot on the laptop) let me know. slight
