HP is by far one of the WORST computer companies. They do not care about their customers. They sell defective products and when you call customer support they are more concern with selling more products instead of fixing the problem. I used to hold high regards for HP; now I will NEVER buy another HP product ever again.

HP has the worst customer service ever 04-24-2015 11:28 AM. I have to agree. And, it's not just the lousy support. I bought a new HP Envy m7-j120dx. It's a piece of junk. I've had more problems with it in 6 months than I've had with the 20+ computers I've owned over the years. This is my first HP and the last.
