I contacted HP and oredered a set of recory disks . However when loading the disk I get an erro stating the system recovery media does not support this computer you are not able to restore this system with the media. i have checked online everywhere and driving me nuts. what can I do. te build ID appears to be the correct one

If the number on the recovery discs is not the same as the software build number, see the HP support document HP PCs - Obtaining HP Recovery Discs or an HP USB Recovery Drive. Make sure the numbers on the recovery disc do not match the software build number before ordering new discs.

You are not able to restore this system with these discs" What happened was that, I tend to restore my PC to factory defaults every month or so, because it gets slower after a while and I bought an HP Envy 15 with Core.i7 processor and 6GB RAM for speed, so its not something I want to suffer
