Same as other reviews, company is awe full.. tech support is worse. Been transferred back and forth between the same two departments for over an hour now. PC is under warranty can't even get someone to even look at the issue, they keep passing the buck among themselves. Agents keep saying they won't cold transfer me, but then they do.
