The biggest issue with my current ISP - HostNexus - is that their SMTP server has been blacklisted, and they can't seem to overcome the problem. For months now, we haven't been able to send emails to friends or family members at AOL or Comcast, for example. (Every time we contact HostNexus support, they act as though it's news to them!)
