Dec 11, 2019 · horizon hobby support. First, I am hearing impaired. Making a phone call is a waste of time. Recently I purchased an UMX Ospry . There was no landing gear in the box. I have emailed customer support twice and sales support once. No response to any of the emails. I just read an older thread on this topic.
