We're watching Reddit (Some of us like a hawk!) but for technical issues I recommend two places: Gearbox's support is here and we're actively touching base with them every half hour or so.. Our tech support forums we are actively monitoring as well - but it doesn't have the more formal ticketing and elements like that that you get from the Gearbox support service.
