I personally would love to shit somewhere in SF without paying to go in. Sadly every public toilet there looks like a crime scene so I'm sure even if they built 100 toilets, no decent person could ever hope to use them without getting murdered or contracting Hep C. For me personally that's the biggest problem why people don't support this.
