May 07, 2015 · Given your current number of users, current number of IT staff, and some data about the turn-around time for tickets and time that your help desk staff spent closing tickets, you should be able to come up with a pretty good ratio. I've found my org's ratio C_J; it's other org's ratios I wanted to establish, hence the question really.
