The Harmony 1000 will freeze or lock up at certain screens and cause the remote to become unusable. Troubleshooting: Remove the battery from the remote. Once the battery has been removed and the remote has powered down, wait 10 seconds and replace the battery; Allow the remote to power up, and then restart the same activity.
