Dec 15, 2019 · Hello. I've owned my Harman/Kardon Invoke speaker for almost 3 years now, and haven't had an issue with it until now. It stopped working suddenly, and when I tried to reset it (by holding the mute button for 5 seconds) the speaker never finishes setting up.
