May 04, 2008 · Sad Day for MyGig Owners It is a sad day for MyGig owners. HB has pulled the plug on the [email protected] address. They will no longer be providing us a service at that address. The reason for it is that Chrysler wants all customer support for the MyGig to go through the dealers, or the Chrysler 800 number, and not Harman Becker.

MyGIG radios designed for a high-speed electrical bus will not work on a vehicle with a low-speed bus, and vice versa.
