Bariatric Support Group April 29, 2018 · There are many things we can and shouldn't have before and after surgery and it may be different depending on the surgery and the physician so I always like to promote listening to your surgeon, especially if they have a good success record, but it doesn't mean we can try other things so this was a great article with some other ideas.
