A @grandecom tech changed my ssid remotely and my stupid @apple MacBook doesn't have Ethernet so now I have no way to fix my internet. Enrique (@EnriqueAirplane) reported one month ago from Dallas, Texas. @grandecom any plans to bring your service to the Pleasant Grove area. I'm tired of the Monopoly over here.
