Jan 30, 2016 · Doing a quick web search on the phrase "outlook 2010 rfc 2015 3156" (or any variations thereof) will return a myriad of results indicating that these are not supported in current versions of Outlook. Aug 12, 2013 · GPG claims they do NOT plan to provide support for Outlook 2010 too! Obviously, Microsoft hasn't wanted to provide "open source code" in their proprietary program. Despite S/MIME being included since Windows 95 in Outlook Express. There is however another solution, PGP, but that isn't FREE and it's also a proprietary program.

At the moment, if you want signature verification, you cannot encrypt the email and vice-versa. I’m not sure if this is a bug in the plugin or the fact that I am using Outlook 2013. As the plugin only supports Outlook 2010, this might be the cause. If you are using Outlook 2010, feel free to let me know of your experiences in this regard.
