Sep 27, 2010 · Microsoft tells me they believe Support Debugging Tool is the cause and to uninstall. I uninstalled and when given the option clicked yes to remove from startup file. I launch GP and I still see the Debug in the upper left corner, however it is not an option from GPTools anymore. I can click Debug in the corner though and get some options.
