Dec 19, 2019 · GoDaddy is more expensive than Microsoft's offer and less function. GoDaddy's value is that they manage Tenant. But that creates limitation and not excellent support (GoDaddy does offer ad-hoc service but left from responsibility and does not help any more, Microsoft support try to help us but still limitation that they could not solve.

Thanks Harry for your response. The point I am trying to make is that GoDaddy will not provide you any support UNLESS you pay for an 'upgrade'. Sales first - support next. I have just been on a support chat (again) and the process is exactly the same. The upgrade was a mere 50 cents but there was no assistance offered UNTIL i make an upgrade.

I installed TBird (ver 60.5.2 32bit) with 3 accounts, all on Godaddy. I did use Mozbackup to migrate the contacts list. All 3 are configured identically. For one, the password is not working. The message is: Login to server smtpout.secureserver.net with username [email protected] failed The password works when I login thru Godaddy.

Jul 09, 2012 · No problems here with when I hosted with GoDaddy, though I didn't have a lot of users beside some friends and family. Their customer service was helpful and I paid up front for 3 years of web hosting and cancelled (to host on my own server) with over 2 years remaining and they returned my money for the unused time.
