The original version of GDB patches and BDM driver are stored in Gunter Magin's archive. My modified patches for GDB with Linux BDM driver source can be found under name gdb-5.1.1-bdm-patches-pi1.tar.gz. Gunter Magin started to develop new version of the ICD compatible cable with ispGAL22V8, but it is not finished.

These step have been removed. We do not need to patch GDB any more. Use the m68k-bdm-gdbserver executable with GDB built from the FSF sources. With the BDM patch, this is accomplished via the command "bdm_reset" (I think this may have been changed to "bdm-reset" in newer versions of the BDM patch). Similarly, having a way to re-download code to a target (without restarting GDB or having to use the GDB command line from within CDT for the GDB "load" command) would be nice.
