Oct 14, 2003 · Tuesday this week I installed my DSL modem. I love it by the way. My firewall program is Trend Micro Pc-Chillin 2003 AntiVirus. The problem is that when I went into the "settings" of the program to open up ports for GameSpy Arcade PC-Chillin said that every port I need to use GameSpy Arcade, is associated with a Worm, Virus, Trogan, etc.

I tried port forwarding the ports listed in this forum and GameSpy Arcade Support for both my router and the built-in windows firewall. I ensured Gamespy and Civ were both in the program exceptions list in the windows firewall. This did not work.

Mar 26, 2002 · The ports that where mentioned above have been added and I can login to GameSpy Arcade. The different games that you can view through gamespy can only be played if you create the appropriate Protocol Definitions. The only thing that I have not been able to get working in GameSpy is to be able to receive personal messages.
