May 20, 2014 · The problem is it detects it but it will not recognize it. Even if I use the media which came with the printer (i.e. Accessory CD version 9.6). The windows message I get is "Unknown device has a driver problem". I also tried to change the USB cables and ports but the resultant is the same. I am installing the datamax printer on Windows 7.
