Well, she won't throw you under the bus if you agree to side with her before the landsmeet. Though she won't marry Alistair (if you want that outcome, that is) if you allow him the coup de grace on Loghan. I've found you get more support if you use the "we should be fghting the Blight not each other" line. As others have pointed out, unless Loghain p0wns you, its a win.
