I want to have two Dell M991 VGA monitors with each monitor showing a different financial web site. Dell Sales & Dell Support both said to just add a PCI Video Card. I am considering a GeForce FX 5200 128 MB PCI card. Then Dell Support emailed me and said that replacing the current AGP card might be a better setup, however, either would work.

But the screens are always clones of each other (clone view is NOT set). The reason for this is that both screens are always identified as the same on a self identification request from the GEForce Display wizard panel.

Jan 09, 2004 · you have to (again, this is windows XP home) go to the display, enable the dual monitor support, select the GeForce FX 5200 as your display for the second monitor, then choose that as the default, then dont expand display over 2 montiors. then you shut down, then plug the monitor from your onboard video to the new GeForce FX 5200.
