Mar 31, 2011 · I am running windows 2008 R2 wiht IIS7.5. I installed wordpress on the server and now have to change file permissions. Apparently CHMOd does not work on windows servers. When I check permissions with FTP it tells me that "This server does not suppoer changing file permissions".
