(You might suggest to the customer that this be done first for free tech support for yourself). Other than that, get a cold drink while you are on eternal hold with PMS folks!

For anyone else using Fosse: I currently am using the "Daily Segmentation Report" in Fosse to map room revenue by market segmentation, but I have noticed that there are several rooms on the report that show up as "zero rate rooms" so no revenue is being pulled into M3 for those rooms and the daily is constantly out of balance.

Feb 28, 2011 · Fosse is used by the select services properties. (CFRST Properties... Courtyard, Fairfield, Res Inn, Spinghill, towneplace) It can handle just about anything however it doesn't have the same depth on the backend/account side as MFS PMS. As far as the best features of FOSSE, its easy to use once you get past the initial learning curve.
