I have created several custom forms in Outlook 2010. These forms are working, and are published in the Organizational Forms library. Now, I need an easy way to print the entire form as it appears on the screen. If I print the form now, it prints in a list format, which is useless, as it shows in alphabetical order, and mixes up the fields.
