    But big issues appears to be lack of support under a 10 foot wall only two studs with with a span of about 8 feet under the wall. There is a 4 x 4 backed off about a foot from the wall sitting on two 4 x 4 piers that appear to be resting on the ground without footings. Arrhh!!! Had house inspected prior to purchase and this was not noted.
