Child support is NEVER enforced on a woman. He can win but it won’t be enforced. As for fleeing the country... they usually don’t want you leaving once you owe. Which means you would have to leave the country while everything was fine and you’re paying. Or flee the country illegally.

Oct 27, 2014 · Sometimes it works for them. Usually it does not. Fleeing to avoid a debt seems like a nuclear option that I'm sure some take but probably not that many. I think more common is a temporary resident running up some form of debt while living here and then abandoning the country and the debt when they return home.
