Child support is NEVER enforced on a woman. He can win but it won’t be enforced. As for fleeing the country... they usually don’t want you leaving once you owe. Which means you would have to leave the country while everything was fine and you’re paying. Or flee the country illegally.

I would need all of the facts to walk everyone through how the judgment was made, but in 4 years of doing that I only came across one case where a guy was getting "divorce-raped".

Fleeing the country would be leaving your children. Just because you do not have custody does not mean that the child is no longer yours.
