firefox firefox-globalmenu firefox-gnome-support Using autoremove uninstall packages which was required by firefox but is not required now after removing it. Without autoremove those packages will be left on system. See this apt-get manual page for more info.

I am using Firefox on Windows laptop. First thing I noticed on Mozilla website is that option to download 64 bit version of Firefox is nowhere available, which used to work fine for me. We made a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04, after which Firefox version is 11 and appointments work. Then after apt-get update apt-get install firefox firefox-globalmenu firefox-gnome-support firefox-locale-en firefox-locale-pt we get Firefox 25 and creating appointments doesn't work anymore.
