Oct 27, 2015 · So, sending from a IPv6 address helps not ending in the SPAM folder from gmail since gmail receives emails on IPv6. I also use directadmin and with directadmin with one IPv4 and one IPv6 on the same server. Exim sends from an IPv6 to gmail and exim sends sends from an IPv4 to hotmail.

Exim: Exim does support IPv6, but you need to ensure it's compiled in. To check, type: [root@server ~]# /usr/sbin/exim -bV grep Support Support for: crypteq IPv6 Perl OpenSSL move_frozen_messages Content_Scanning DKIM Old_Demime. which should give you an output similar to above.

Mar 20, 2016 · There are two ways you can fix this issue. The easy way and the correct way. The correct way would be to configure IPv6 properly ( obviously ). As lazy as I am, I chose the easy way. Anyway, this is how you would disable IPv6 in your exim mail server: Check if IPv6 is currently enabled. If you see tcp6, then it means IPv6 is enabled.

Dec 29, 2015 · The ports are open in ip6tables and Exim is compiled with IPv6 support (verified by "exim -bV grep Support"), but Exim refuses IPv6 connections. Any ideas? Should I change something in exim.conf to allow IPv6 connections? In case it matters, it's a CentOS 6 system.
