The customer service is very difficult to get through to, and put customers on hold for ten minutes or more after each question. Overall customer service experience is poor. I would not recommend Exetel, you pay less, but sacrifice reliability and service.

Jun 27, 2017 · If you consider being an Exetel customer, think again! When it comes to depend on customer support they will drive you insane. Not only are they very slow to respond but you will be asked to do speed tests several times, disconnect all your devices for them to carry test on the line, reconnect everything again and wait a few days to see if it fixed.
