Eve-Tech had a legal obligation to send you the device long ago. If they'll start the chargeback process, Eve-Tech will have to show proof they delivered it. Do continue to go through Eve-Tech's support process, don't burn the bridge directly. Although, if you see anyone pondering a refund in the forum PM them and tell them to bail.

🤔 "Fall Shipping" Strange. It doesn't mention that thousands of customers have been waiting a year for their device or refund.. Also strange that the community forum (hosted on another domain, eve.community) was removed from eve-tech.com.New customers would never know the (visibly upset) community forum exists unless you know to google for it.
