May 11, 2017 · Response times are dependent on the nature of the ticket, with reimbursement and security tickets taking the longest. Time vary dependent on the amount of tickets each que has, the amount of investigation involved, and the number of teams needed to correct the issue ( Such as CCP contacting third party operators such as Valve.)
