5. I'm using Netscape 7 as a default browser. When I click on Submit Results with BIOS Agent I get a web page with Netscape but it's not eSupport.com and nothing to do with a BIOS upgrade. What's wrong? There is a problem with Netscape 7 which is preventing BIOS Agent from working correctly.
