    Mail submission is the SMTP trafic on the Hub Transport service. It sounds a though you haven't turned on secure messaging on the HT role, and this doesn't have to be enabled. I normally only have secure smtp between my exchange servers not to the smart host.

    The server does not support secure connections. Only on outgoing mail. The server is a Mac Server running 10.11. No other clients are having the same troubles. The clients are mainly 2011 outlooks and a few on 2016. Only one person if having this trouble.
