So I am able to get the output when I run the code locally on the DB server which is a Windows 2012 server. If I run the same code in another desktop which is Windows 8.1, I am getting the below error: Network Transport: TCP transport address connect failure. There is no Oracle instant client on WIndows 8.1; only ODP.NET DLL files exists.

The first thing I get is "TCP Transport error", and then every other time "Connection Refused". (ie: "Clean failed. Connection refused") Is that part of MonoDevelop? Feb 22, 2008 · You need to click the little computer in the right bottom corner. Check available internet connections and click on it. If you don't have an internet box set up then it will not work unless you illegal pull signals off of someone else's internet.

I have uninstalled the NIC and TCP/IP protocol several times and I am still unable to surf the web. I have reset IE and Firefox so I know they are at default levels. I reset the OS firewall and uninstalled NORTON 360 and have run MSCONFIG to disable possible remnants of the infection.
