    I have uninstalled the NIC and TCP/IP protocol several times and I am still unable to surf the web. I have reset IE and Firefox so I know they are at default levels. I reset the OS firewall and uninstalled NORTON 360 and have run MSCONFIG to disable possible remnants of the infection.
