Hello Varun, How looks like entry at satellite system in table bcos_cust ? There should be RFC connection to Solution Manager. RFC's between both the systems are working fine.

Nov 10, 2008 · The reason could be many. 1) Did client copy was performed using 001? 2) Did we read SAP Note 864195, 614311, 975693? 3) The users used in RFC SM_ CLNT100_BACK is present in Solman and proper authorizations are maintained. In my case, SAP_SOL_SERVTRANS_CREATE, SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN did not work.

Kindly refer note 1522809. It may be helpful. I faced the same issue and it got resolved by applying note 1356510. But I faced this issue after support pack upgrade of solman to SPS 24.

Dec 07, 2011 · Regarding point 3 and to start a potential analysis (I see that authorization has been a topic already in this tread…), please try to use the user assigned to the RFC to create a message on the Solution Manager system, i.e. verify that the user can create a message on Solution Manager system (i.e. BP and other settings are correct).
