Aug 25, 2013 · Exchange support is only included in the Home & Business edition of Entourage 2008. If you read the End User License Agreement (EULA) you'll find the Home & Student version of Office for Mac is not to be used for business.

Dec 28, 2009 · I recently switched a few users to hosted exchange (apptix). They include a full copy of Entourage which i'm having issues with. on 3 (of the 6) macbooks, it installed fine and works great. On the other 3, it doesn't work. All 6 are using the Home and Student edition of Mac for office. I know it's not suppose to but it did work on 3 of them.

Dec 27, 2007 · Media Edition comes with Automator and Exchange Server Support but I'm not sure how these are useful in home and school environment. Home and Student Edition is combined with Expression Media. In addition it comes 3 licenses vs 1 license for Media Edition. The only things missing are Automator and Exchange Server Support.

May 17, 2010 · * Entourage Home and Student Edition does not support Exchange in any version, other than through POP3 and IMAP4. * Office 2008 for Mac Business Edition does support Exchange 2007 SP1 RU4 and later (and Exchange 2010). Unfortunately there is no upgrade path; you will have to buy the full version.
