Engin currently has the cheapest rates to a particular overseas destination that I call regularly ($0.66/min compared to $1.50-$2.00 with most other telcos, VOIP, calling card providers).

Support takes over a week to reply to my constant email bobaring to inform me it's a router issue. Incorrect. I am using another supplier (MVoice) which took 10 mins to setup and works fine. I only discovered the bad reviews on this page after I dealt with Engin. This company is horrible to deal with and some packages do not work as advertised.

Over the years we used the VOIP service. It was good. We outgrew it so I had a VOIP pbx put into the office. My staff couldn't get help from Engin to configure that, okay, that's not part of the deal so we bought 2 SIP trunks from another provider and just redirected the Engin numbers to those new numbers.
