Jan 18, 2018 · It might be really a limitation of VS 2015 to debug Window Phone Silverlight, I decided to report the problem, however it reminded me to use the newest version of Visual Studio, but VS2017 does not support it. I'm afraid MS won't support this issue either even I reported it to Developer Community where is the new place to collect VS2017 issues.

If I enable xdebug.so in an ini file, a debugging session starts all right after PHP has complained that it "Cannot load Xdebug - it was already loaded" (so – from both php.ini and command line argument).
