Open the "Printers" folder, right-click the icon representing the bi-directional printer, and then select "Properties" from the popup menu that appears. Click the "Ports" tab, then click the check box marked "Enable bidirectional support" to clear it. Click the "OK" button to disable the bi-directional print feature.

Nov 22, 2019 · It has bidirectional support enabled, but its greyed out and I cant un-tick it. It is disabled on the queue on the server so I removed the printer uninstalled the driver and added the printer again but upon checking the properties the tick is still there. I added the printer on my laptop and bidirectional support is turned off.
