Open the "Printers" folder, right-click the icon representing the bi-directional printer, and then select "Properties" from the popup menu that appears. In Printer's Properties dialog box I have opened "Ports" and there have found the box "Enable bi-directional support". Unfortunately, this has not resolved the problem. I have clicked into the box, then clicked "OK", and nothing has happened.
