Eldars support weapons platforms. 40k Discussion. I did some research on the internet about these models. They come in two options: an old version with two guys and a normal unmanned (unelfed?) platform and a more recent one with one crew member and the other guy sitting on top of the model.

Apr 25, 2017 · You're correct, it's not a Heavy Weapon because it's not taken from a Heavy Weapon list. It's a unique category much like Tyranids have Bio-cannons, and it's rules are outlined in the "Using a Craftworld Eldar Kill Team"--none of which mentions not being able to move and shoot. The Gunner isn't even equipped with the gun, the weapon platform is.
