The reason (as I understand it) that this is required is because of the way the file copy works over the network. When transmitting the file of CIFS/SMB the file is decrypted on the source machine, transmitted in plain-text, and re-encrypted on the destination.

Then minutes later, it flips back over to healthy. I've checked the event log and the only thing I see is back on 3/9 there were hundreds of errors from "efs": "EFS does not support encryption over network sessions established using the NTLM protocol." What can I do to fix this problem?
