These patches can be obtained from Partner Helpdesk or from EFI Tech Support. They do come with release notes that cover procedure and limitations. Basically, when uninstaller is run, it will uninstall only the most recent patch or service pack installed IF that particular patch is compatible with uninstaller.

Since the COLORCAL template is a template that is automatically generated during Fiery software installation and when the Fiery is connected to the printer, the password that you are looking for is not something that is publicly available. The password is hard coded and is not even available to our Fiery tech support teams.
