Nov 22, 2012 · Re: Importing ECW files Once I selct the object (map image) to apply the georefimg to and hit enter, the command line says nothing, almost as if Autocad assumes it's done it's job. I've looked in the folder where the ecw file is located and I don't see anything that shows eww as an extension.

Do you have any experence in using ECW files in AutoCAD? Specifically which Ad-on you use or have heard good things about. I generally only use 12D (and Civil3D if I have to use an AutoDesk product) which both have ECW support but the drawing file i'm giveing is to be used in AutoCAD where ECW isn't a supported image file.
