Make sure application is fully deployed (Setup > App Setup - Installed Packages > click on EchoSign name > Deploy) and then make sure that all EchoSign components have access to all users (Setup > Administration Setup - Manage Users > Profiles > click on name of profile > Apps - Visualforce Page Access > Edit button > move all EchoSign components to the Enabled Visualforce Pages box.
