I am new to dd-wrt however I have done flashing of firmware before so I am not totally out of the boat.

May 10, 2018 · I tried flashing router to a new firmware version using DD-WRT's web GUI, but even though the process says it's successful, the router seems to revert to the previous version of DD-WRT I originally flashed using a USB to 3.3V/5V TTL adapter. I guess I'll have to solder every time in order to upgrade to a new DD-WRT version?
