Dec 29, 2017 · Re: Does Meraki support Dying Gasp? I think this is a rather critical feature, especially for MSPs. With some form of OAM Dying Gasp coupled with the TDR test from the MSs, I can tell if a customer unplugged a MR from my MS or if it lost power (AC adapter).

I believe that the Dying Gasp should be available across a wider platform set but unfortunately, I was not able to find any specific document for 6500 series Catalysts. In any case, for Ethernet-based cards on Catalyst 6500, the relevant support would actually be the Ethernet OAM, specifically, Remote Failure Indication (RFI).
