Many clients have called support asking whether or not Multichannel Order Manager (versions 5.4, 6, 6.2, and 7i) will run on the Windows 7 operating system. This seems to be a major concern for many M.O.M. users and the good news is that all versions of M.O.M. will be able to run on Windows 7.

If you are considering purchasing Mail Order Manager be advised that MOM technical support takes at least 30 minutes to answer the phone. From my past experience this is a relatively short hold time. They also do not have a toll free number to call for tech support. Frustrating!

Feb 23, 2018 · I think what our biggest issue with Dydacomp is the tech support. It seems like they have mostly solved the Amazon issue as of last week (we are still missing an order here and there… but it has become less frequent!) We run with a pretty tech savvy team and the tech support there is of no help.

May 11, 2012 · The software in questions is Multichannel Order Manager by Dydacomp. Their most recent update occured back in October 2011. In reviewing my update history from Microsoft, there were a number of updates around the 17th of April 2012. I have spent over three hours on the phone with Dydacomp tech support.
